Gym late hua, belly overloaded feel ho raha tha.

Cardio + full body strength + abs.

We didnโ€™t come here just for dunya flex.
This life is a process. A test. An upgrade system.
Har problem panic karne ke liye nahi hoti.
Har excitement bhi final victory nahi hoti.
Overreaction โ‰  solution.
Perspective = solution.
Ask yourself:
Ye situation mujhe kya sikha rahi hai?
Ye setback hai ya upgrade?
Most of the time โ€” itโ€™s an upgrade in disguise.
