. workout >> 15 mins brisk walk + increased steps at work place worked mostly while standing, when i could sit
. Break fast >> barley four chilla + yougurt
. lunch >> handful of cashews
. Dinner >> Dined out and ate too much :(
then i bought digital scale, and it is revealed i am 91 Kgs, and then rebound ate 2 pieces of cake while crying
