I would like to get your opinion and suggestions.
• 7:30 AM – Breakfast
• 10:00 AM – Snack (Yogurt with Chia Seeds)
• 12:00 PM – Second Snack ( Black coffee without sugar)
• 1:30 PM – Lunch
What do you all think about this routine?
Is it better to take two snacks between breakfast and lunch, or would one snack be enough?
