MashaAllah Allahuma Barik, my 40 days are complete! I have lost 3 kgs Allahuma Barik.

When I started this journey, I honestly didn’t think I would be able to stay consistent. It didn’t feel easy at all, and I wasn’t sure if I could make it this far. But Alhamdulillah, I did it and doing it. InshaAllah, I will stay consistent and achieve my goal as well. This progress happened because of this amazing group. The motivation, support, and encouragement from everyone made a huge difference. We all helped each other and kept pushing one another forward. Jazakallah to Admin, All nutritionist docs, and everyone. 💕
