Glow up challenge (day 8)
โœ…3 non negotiable habbits +why โค๏ธWill eat protein in every meal(because it keeps me fuller and I have less cravings then) โค๏ธSleep before 11pm( that will be the toughest challenge but I have to do it as currently my pcos are worsening) Exercise for 30 minutes (so I will have more energy to do other chores) โœ… Reflection By completely all these 3 habbits for next 6 months โค๏ธI will lose extra fat ... metabolism will be faster and steady insha Allah โค๏ธI will be less bloated and Strong โค๏ธ Wakeup fresh no more morning fatigue โค๏ธMore calm less reactive โœ…I have written the phase and repeat it a lot many times in a day

Today meal log but no workout ( rest day) + glow challenge day 1
Brunch : protein pancakes Afternoon snack : fried cassava Dinner : pasta with marinara sauce Skipped a workout today What habit do I keep repeating that moves me away from my goals? Yes definetely need to address this my weakness is definitely chocolate. So on this challenge I want to go from eating 10g chocolate and replace it with something healthy . The occasional binging on crisps or cookies need to go too๐Ÿซฃ I try not to skip a workout unless itโ€™s resting day . No negative talk .. I need to glow lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
