❤️Will eat protein in every meal(because it keeps me fuller and I have less cravings then)
❤️Sleep before 11pm( that will be the toughest challenge but I have to do it as currently my pcos are worsening)
Exercise for 30 minutes (so I will have more energy to do other chores)
✅ Reflection
By completely all these 3 habbits for next 6 months
❤️I will lose extra fat ... metabolism will be faster and steady insha Allah
❤️I will be less bloated and Strong
❤️ Wakeup fresh no more morning fatigue
❤️More calm less reactive
✅I have written the phase and repeat it a lot many times in a day
