Hi eid mubarak everyone aap wasn't working so couldn't update but was on track today day 45 all day busy but did eat healthy walk 2L water no workout
May 26 checklist:
Sehri: 2 glasses water & 1 apple ( late ho gai thi sehri k liay so apple kha kr hi roza rakh liya). Iftar:1date,2 glass water, grilled chicken. Dinner:chicken Pulao with raita. Protein in dinnerโœ…no junk and no sugar โœ… walk for 10 minutes. Pics upload naii ho rhi i think network issue hai.
