✨Day 2✨ One Change I Made: I kept my water bottle and fruits where I can easily see them and moved biscuits , chocolates to a closed cabinet.Cold drinks hides. What I Prepared: I filled my water bottle for tomorrow. One Thing I Learned: A well-organized environment makes healthy choices much easier.
