My Comfort Zone Challenge:meal prep &walk krna mery liay aik acha option hi or min is min strt day sy hi try ki hi k consistent rho & i also love to do Walk with my czn's bcz we also talk alot together 🤭 Why It Was Difficult: It was a little difficult in the beginning, but now I've gotten used to it. How I Feel After Completing It I feel really proud of myself for choosing healthy options for eating, doing my daily walk and completing my steps. It feels like I'm doing something good and productive for myself. One Lesson I Learned: Jxt stay calm & consistent with your progress.And also jxt trust the process. The results will be really good & satisfying.In Sha Allah. (Posting late bcz too much bzy at home)
