About terms and options: let's say I get 100% seller financing on a property, 0% interest with some down payment not included for some reason.
Is that seller in 1st position?
Then, maybe to handle down payment we try Morby/Stack instead ...
The seller now goes in 2nd position? For less than 100% ... because the rest is hard money ... including down payment?
And ... if we convince the seller to do echo (for down payment) how do we submit the deal in RQF?
And that also takes care of the full price?
Lastly ... what are some variables to be considered or expected when exploring the options here?
