Imported 22 leads from Facebook this morning. there are not new leads. I now have several hundred leads from Facebook in the Drips campaign system. I'm not doing more Facebook ads for a while.

I ran a few more Facebook ads then paused them. I received two leads both of which I have contact with 0 results. It is a strange thing to me that someone expresses interest, including providing their name, phone number and email. but then does not respond when contacted.

At the recommendation of Paul, plus my own motivation I have joined the SUBTO organization. I find it to be an excellent resource with excellent training. I expect to increase my network for Transaction Funding because what Morby does and what we do are integrally combined in many deals.

I restarted my Facebook advertising. i received two leads today and make three other contacts via real estate groups. I am trying to make 5 outreaches each day. so today I met my goal.
