I had someone reach out to double close, there is an existing mortgage of 364,000, and he needs 65k plus closing costs and he is wondering if we will fund the 65k plus closing. I think this one is confusing me with the closing costs question...would this be where he could do an echo for the 65k and closing, and the 364k is double close? Thanks everyone
