Stumped about capital STACK 🤯
About terms and options: let's say I get 100% seller financing on a property, 0% interest with some down payment not included for some reason. Is that seller in 1st position? Then, maybe to handle down payment we try Morby/Stack instead ... The seller now goes in 2nd position? For less than 100% ... because the rest is hard money ... including down payment? And ... if we convince the seller to do echo (for down payment) how do we submit the deal in RQF? And that also takes care of the full price? Lastly ... what are some variables to be considered or expected when exploring the options here?

Morby Method
Hello friends! So I took action and made a post on ONE FB group saying "I have access to funds". I got a great response and met with 2 people yesterday to discuss their projects. I believe in both cases the Morby Method is the best but this would be my 1st deal and I need to discuss my thoughts on this. Is there anyone familiar with the Morby Method? I created a Flowchart showing the process as I understand it but I need another set of eyes! If my thinking is correct, do I just go to Realquickfunds.com and do the DSCR and Morby (Transactional Lending for Down Payment, Closing Costs, etc..)?? Also, I'm not sure how the borrower obtains the money to pay the upfront and backend fees. Do they increase the amount they are borrowing on the DSCR loan? Both of these sound like return business as well so do I get credit for future business or do I need to sign up for the White Label? Sorry for so many questions! I appreciate any help I can get! Thank you!
