Quick Introduction 👋🏼
I’ve been around in the group for a bit and wanted to make a quick introduction.
My name is Josh, and I’m a mortgage broker who focuses on DSCR loan products for real estate investors. I’m always happy to talk through scenarios, answer questions, and help people better understand how DSCR loans work and where they fit best.
I also work with a lender that can handle deals involving seller carry in second position, so I’m always glad to look at more creative scenarios too.
I’ve known Paul for a while, so I’m excited to be part of the group and get to know everyone else here as well.
