Hi team, my lead has asked for a proof of funds. He filled out the HML form. Has not started the Morby part yet. I will do that with him on a call. Or that’s the plan. I know a POF is +1% but seller won’t sign LOI till POF supplied. It’s a car wash and service business.

I’ve learned, as far as community relationships I did a horrible job notating who does what, how I know them, or what they needed. And I’ve always known I’ve not been good at following up with people, just to catch up even.
