Do we provide POF for auction properties? And is the 1% an upfront fee?

I have a potential client wanting to know if DSCR loans are available for RV parks. From my understanding I would think so but wanted to be sure.

My name is Wendy. My husband and I moved to Arizona last year and joined Subto in March. I am just getting started in real estate/funding and leaning into opportunities as I meet people to find alignment. I am excited to learn all things in the industry, but plans for portfolio include RV Parks/Multi Family- Automated Businesses (i.e., carwash), Wellness/Med Spa, and Hotels. My skills cross luxury new construction design/build, entrepreneurship, regenerative land development, and technology. My favorite hobby is creating companies, brands, and experiences. I think of work as play and play as work. I enjoy creating. Planning to start pickleball next month, though, I love trying anything new and anything outside. Night Owl, but always up with the sunrise, however grumpy before noon. Excited to be here and make friends to co-elevate with.
