"Go To" Title Company
Hey all...in speaking with possible borrower(double close)
His "formerly preferred" title company said they would need to disclose the double close to buyer and seller.(like ....wtfudge???)
Which would defeat the whole purpose of the double close. Do we have a title company that can help?
