Question for the community: Regarding branding and client retention - if I find a client and RQF does all the work/funding, and their name is on all the paperwork, wouldn't that client simply go straight to RQF next time? I worry I'll be on an endless treadmill getting new clients over and over again without any repeat business. What's been your experience?

How long in RE/funding: I run a wholesale/dispo shop plus a separate property-tech company, been full-time in RE a while now, new to the transactional-funding/stack side specifically. One thing excited to learn: the ECHO/double-close fee structure — still wrapping my head around which leg each fee actually lands on based on the threads here. Fun one: usually building internal automation tools when I'm not working deals.
