Weekly Commitment Form is happening in 18 hours
Thank You
Hi Mark, I hope I’m not too late to add my Feedback. Now grab a cuppa and take a seat…. So, I joined this Free challenge on August 18th, and my wife decided to do it too… When we researched and read all the free information you and the group were giving, we decided to start the Clean 10 Challenge… The first 3 / 4 days were really tough but then the results really started to show, and we both started feeling better, losing weight, and burning Fat… Life was good and we felt great…. But then life has a way of getting in the way and we both waivered in late September and first half of October and during this time I stopped reviewing and interacting with the group. We undid some of the good work we had done…. Mid-October my wife and I agreed we much preferred how we felt during the challenge and as you say Mark, consistency over perfection… these words stick with me and continue to do so…. So, from Mid-October my wife and I have been being consistent and sticking to the main principles you thought us. We both work off the calorie deficit and calorie banking system. This has worked really well for us. My wife started off 11st 8 and is now 10st 7 and her target is 10st, even though I think she looks amazing now… For me, I spent the last 5 weeks building new and better habits and I can truly say I feel so much better. I havent had a drink in 4 weeks and whilst I don’t intend to give it up altogether, I don’t intend to go back to the level I was at before. I mentioned before that I signed up to a Local PT here in Dundalk. And I swear he is the Irish version of you 😊. Everything he says echoes what you told us; Protein, Habits, Consistency, Weights, Fat Loss etc. He said he has heard of you and loves your work…. The weight is still coming off me slowly; however, I notice it in the inches. My strength has increased. And my stamina and recovery rates are through the roof…. I used to use my shift work as an excuse to not train but now I’m on shift and still manage to train at least 3 to 4 times a week and have a manageable diet also.
60 days… 10.1 kg… 6cm
Commenced this journey weighing 126.3 kg and measured 121cm around the waist… At day 60 …. Weight: 116.1kg and waist: 115cm Loving my rekindled interest in cooking and my healthy lifestyle…. To continue my progress I have signed up to the challenger program at my local gym….their outlook is similar to Marks…over 6 weeks they will cover the following: 1. Habits beat Motivation 2. Embrace Imperfection 3. Systemise your nutrition 4. Systemise your training 5. Deliberate Practice 6. Seek Discomfort There is between 3 & 4 gym sessions a week which includes Strength training; breath-work; HIT; mobility; bootcamps as well as ice-bath & sauna time… They provide an online community, accountability quizzes as well as face to face workshops covering the above. @Mark Bryce you provided me with the most brilliant of starts to the beginning of the rest of my life…. you provided for free a well structured, highly informative and very effective healthy lifestyle program that works amazingly well….for this I will be forever grateful… When, at the end of the year our lovely community will be no more… I know that I will really miss these beautiful people who have become part of my journey , who’ve provided support, camaraderie and inspiration…. But…. we still have a little way to go before that happens… so for tonight I thought I’d provide a photo of my simple egg & chicken patty slides with spinach, tomato, and mustard..

Hi Guys! I’m back….
Dear all sorry about the silence I returned to work and realised the country I am blocked the app even website. Figured out a VPN was my answer. Since my return it’s been a bit tough due to the canteen and not cooking self. But stuck to the principles of the program. Eating majority meats and salads and plenty plenty plenty fruits. update I wanted to share Last weigh in I was just over 7kgs down and a lot of cms. think with the training my weight started to slow down but the cms keep dropping so all in all I’m happy. still off coffee for a 28days today and Carbs actually make me feel terrible after I ate it. ( had a slip on Sunday with Italian lasagne) I just couldn’t say no🤣🤣
Day 19
Day 19 today and 5.5kg down 💖 Feeling very energised and skin and gut health is the best it's ever been ! Very happy about this and excited to keep moving the needle down and fitting into more clothes in my wardrobe !
10 days later…
After finishing the 30 days I still do the same. I continued with the meals, the preps, keeping out the ‘bad’ things. Not so hard as I did in the first 30 days. I had a sandwich on the sunday morning. Last week I had a dinner with friends with pizza. 🍕 But over the whole week I did the same as I did during the 30 days. This is the new me I think. 🤔 I don’t want to go back and fall into old habits. You can have fun, you can have a pizza, but be carefull over the week. The scale is still dropping. Not as hard as it did the first 30 days, but although the sandwich and the pizza it drops another 0,5 kg. The rest of the family is getting more and more used to the different meals. So it helps them too. Once a year I have a bloodtest. 💉 🩸 The results showed improvements in all areas!!! 🥳 So no questions for me; this is how I will go on! 💪🏻
