A massive thank you... and a quick question.
Alright team, First off, a massive thank you to all 473 of you who have made the Fat Loss Fast Start group what it is. It's been brilliant seeing the wins, the questions, and the lightbulbs going off. As you know, we're closing the doors on this free group at the end of the month. Before we do, I need to ask a quick favour... I'd genuinely love to know: What was your single biggest takeaway or 'win' from your time in here? (Whether it's a new habit, a mindset shift, or something you finally understood). Drop it in the comments below, I'm really keen to read them.

First of all, I want to thank you so much @Mark Bryce The invitation to follow your program came as a surprise, a gift. It made me realize how important what you eat is. I eat more than before, but differently. I now understand perfectly well that this isn't called a diet. I don't eat less, I eat differently. I start the day with a squeezed half lemon; it took some time getting used to, but it's now truly the start of my day. I don't have breakfast right away; I eat about two hours later, when my whole body is already active. Lunch consists of two eggs and a little soup. That's all I need. I never expected this to be enough to get through the day. And treat yourself every now and then, withdraw a little from your bank account so you don't have to say no to everything. This is what keeps you going. The words I keep thinking about are: progress over perfection. And now, whenever something tasty comes along, I always ask myself, "Do I still have credit in the bank and is this worth at least an 8?" A lot of things aren't worth at least an 8, so I don't do it. It's really brought me a lot of awareness now. It's brought me so much, not just temporarily, but a real new lifestyle! Thanks again, and I'll continue to follow your advice! BR Marc
Moving forward
Hello all, I have been quieter here over the last couple of weeks. If you follow me on LinkedIn you will see I have been to London for work, this took up my headspace and life for some time 😂😆. If you don't follow me but would like to keep in touch please reach out. I have missed doing the weekly accountability and the catch up calls. I am using apps to keep myself on track after this group closes down and also to remind me of how far we have come together on our journey. I have loved being part of this group. To those who have made it the inclusive, positive and supportive place that it is, you know who you are 😎😘 thank you so much!! If anyone would like to set up a WhatsApp group to continue this please let me know directly. No obligation and no offence if not 👍. A huge thank you to @Mark Bryce ❤️ We have a few more weeks, let's go!!!

I fully agree with you @Kirstin McAndrew The group is helping enourmously and keep you going. But don’t forget that you are a big supplier of positive feedback!
Are you still using this group / following the program?
I just want to check the numbers, as we will be wrapping up this group soon. It's been highly rewarding helping many people and getting to know you all through this community. I would have liked to see a few more people commit; however, the problem with free stuff is that people don't always follow through. If there are only a few responses, we will bring the date forward, as there are platform fees. As of today, we won't allow any new members to join, just so we can come to a natural end. If you are looking for further support and a continuation plan, please comment 'LEARN MORE' below

Learn more I am so happy with all the information and support from you @Mark Bryce and the group. Although I am not posting often, I read a lot and it keeps me focused. 7 KG already, so also after the 30 days it keeps me going.

That’s really fantastic @Lara Furse What a result! Keep on going!
Omega 3
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can recommend any omega-3 supplements. I have heard a lot of brands are not actually providing the right ingredients, eg just filling it out with ‘stuff’ that doesn’t bring any benefits to the body, false advertising in labels, too ‘cheap’. I have seen theonia and they look promising, but always wary of what can be found online. Really keen to start taking as have heard the benefits are very good. Thank you for any support.

A good snack for omega 3 are unroasted walnuts. A little bit dry, but easy to take a hand full.
