Day11. Transcribing: Gratitude
Well, I think starting my day in a positive mood is very helpful for my mental health. For example, sometimes I get some fresh air after waking up, which allows me to enjoy nature and feel relaxed before a hectic day. So, in my opinion, if we can think of something positive in the morning, we will feel more energetic throughout the day.
