When *NOT* to use facilitation and workshops?
In what situations would you say facilitation and workshops are the wrong answer and approach?
One obvious to me is when the problem is well defined, solution is fairly known and it can be implemented by a handful of people. In other words, when there are low levels of uncertainty.
What else? Let's hear your thoughts :)
