Tools for moderated research in design sprints
We have an awesome canvas in Mural we use to test our protos, but we just use Mural and Teams/Zoom. We want to increase the quality of our research findings to include video clips and clicks/miss-clicks. What does everyone use? Post prod of recordings is just too time consuming, so hoping to use a tool in real time to capture interesting moments, etc. We’ve experimented with Maze, but that’s really suited for unmoderated testing.
Has anyone had success with other tools?
