Going well at the moment
For the last two Wednesdays I haven’t overloaded my plate at work breakfast with eggs and bacon. Stuck to two eggs, two rashers of bacon and a few mushrooms. I’m counting that as a win.
Good week
I’ve had a good week this week so far, eating good food and not overeating. I feel so much better for it.

Started another 36 hour fast yesterday. Will continue based on how hungry I am tomorrow morning
Overeating
Yesterday I put half my supper back in the fridge and had it for lunch today (it’s easier with salad!), that’s the second time this week. I’ve been listening again to the podcast with Renee Jones and I’m finding it helpful.
