New Yoghurt Batch
This is my new batch of yoghurt. Very yummy - just half a cup. I have frozen 3 tablespoons for the next batch. Does anyone know when is a good time to eat it? Away from food? I have been trying to eat mid to late morning on a mostly empty stomach. I have usually had a coffee with collagen. Just curious to see what others have found out.

I have it mixed with Greek yoghurt and some beef protein isolate after I train in the mornings

The Summer Social Struggle
BBQs, garden parties, "just one drink" — summer's when this way of eating gets properly tested. What's the situation that trips you up most: the food, the peer pressure or feeling like the odd one out?

Being away from home on holidays and having to eat out is challenging! I try not to stress about it though as I know I will be back to eating my preferred foods immediately. As I’ve said before I think getting stressed about not being to eat clean healthy options is probably as damaging as eating something non keto once in a blue moon! That said I am 6 years into this journey and know I can return to strict carnivore at the drop of a hat! More difficult when you’re just starting out and have all those food addictions and cravings

Have you lost interest in food?
I've been reflecting on a feeling - a bit hummphhhh - that I have lost interest in food and/or eating. I don't know if it's because I'm busy [but then again, we are all busy with our lives], stressed, tired and definitely in need of a holiday. Recently, I've changed back from ADF (alternate day fasting) and cooking every day. While, I love cooking but daily cooking is a chore! ADF is so convenient - no mess, no fuss, and no dishes. I have good habits, I love cooking with my Thermomix, so have tried many new recipes and meal planning makes the cognitive load easier. Interested to hear your thoughts.

Controversial one - limit amount of food / energy I eat (not using the C word - calories)!! Our ancestors wouldn’t have had abundance all the time so I figure going a little hungry is a good stressor for our body!! For me this means limiting but not avoiding fats and keeping protein higher

Like Jackie I make my own L Reuteri which I add to Greek yoghurt and I’m thinking of cutting the Greek yoghurt! So easy to over consume @Stephanie Hewett
