Our pilot study, 'Implementing Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy (KMT) for Mental Illness: A Mixed-Methods Pilot Trial of an Online Psychoeducational and Support Program', is still open for recruitment. This 24-week remote study will investigate the clinical impact of ketogenic metabolic therapy delivered alongside structured education and peer support in adults with diagnoses of depression and/or anxiety.
Participants will receive:
โข Full access to a 24-week online KMT psychoeducation and support program
โข Weekly guided support and Q&A sessions
โข Personalised macronutrient targets and structured meal planning guidance
โข At-home monitoring equipment for ketones, glucose, HbA1c, Vitamin D and B12
โข Access to a private online peer support community
All core education, coaching, and testing resources are provided at no cost.
