In one weeks time, 26 Skoolers (including myself) will be boarding a cruise ship to head down to the south pole we have a 4 day mastermind planned on the way there & back we will be seeing penguins going kayaking enjoying meals together as a large group but i feel like something's missing. What ideas do you have for me to implement into this event / experience to make it the best it possibly can be? Thanks Bullish team & fans! 🫶

What percentage of people actually show up from the number that say they’re coming to a meetup/event from your experience @Ethan Simons @Andy Monroe ? For example, if 10 people say they’re coming- is it 30% that actually show up? And how do you increase this number- what has worked in your experience (rsvp forms, dm’s, posts, etc)- what percentage have you been able to increase it to?

I was inspired by listening to the replay yesterday. So many great nuggets - but what stuck out was: Make the main thing the main thing. @Andy Monroe talked about their coach telling them to focus on the main thing and let everything else go. Powerful. What are you willing to release to make space for what truly matters?
