💤 Don't sleep on this event model
Last week, we hosted an implementation event for a company's team. Our 4 primary event models are ascension, fulfillment, affinity, and masterminds. But we were presented with a unique opportunity, and you know us... we just had to go for it. Our client sold a package that INCLUDED a "team implementation" event 🧠 So imagine if you sold one of your offers, and part of that offer was to bring out your customer's entire executive team to learn and grow together in-person. That's essentially what this was! (so, a *fulfillment+* event? 🤣) Here's why this event model makes a lot of sense in today's community market: ⭐ Event-based fulfillment is where the puck is going. Due to AI, gatherings will be the best way to help get your customers results in a short amount of time. ⭐ If your offer or product requires action and buy-in from MORE than just your individual customer (say, a CEO or founder in this case), you need a way to unify and empower the other stakeholders ⭐ The fundamentals of great experience design are the same, whether the attendee is a customer or an employee. For this event, the content, sessions, and experiences were tailored to unleashing the A-players within the business, helping them develop trust and build a unifying vision for the company. ⭐ The media capture (interviews, photos, videos) adds significant ROI to an event like this. Assets can be used in company training modules, ads, social posts, and many more things that generate awareness and leads for the business. ⭐ This team works remotely, so many conversations were long overdue. We also noticed a willingness to lean into the experience and be vulnerable, sharing things you wouldn't in slack or zoom. Overall, the event was a success! 9/10 attendee satisfaction score, with many saying they felt they moved from Function (what their job description is) to Fellowship (working as a team towards a shared vision) Do any of your clients or members need an event where their entire team is present? 🤔

We launched an event with Greg Isenberg (Full Case Study)
A few weeks ago, we launched an in-person event with Greg Isenberg. Here's how it went: ✅ 6-figure launch ✅ Sold out ✅ 9.04/10 attendee satisfaction score ✅ 79 Net Promoter Score (anything above 70 is considered excellent) I just recorded a full breakdown on the strategy we used to bring this event to life! Enjoy :)

$10,000 from Sunday Sessions: How I turned 1.8M Viral Views into a sold-out IRL Program
Yo Ethan, Andy, and the IRL family! I’ve spent the last 12 months proving that 'In-Person' is the highest form of engagement for a community-driven business. I recently took a massive leap into the live event space with my brand, Beyond the Net. While my Skool group was down, I focused purely on the 'IRL' side of the game (mainly because handling both was hard for me l😆) Q1 Receipts: - $10,000 in revenue generated purely from our in-person Sunday Sessions - 1.8 Million views online in February 2026 proving that viral digital content is only useful if it puts bodies in a room - $4k personally generated for in person coaching for myself last year I’m stepping back into the online space to manage the backend personally now. I’ve realized that the 'Manual Grind' of events only works if you have the digital plumbing to support it. Between all the information here to learn on Skool and in person events I've consolidated my 2026 Content OS and the Mastermind Transcripts from all my experience on Skool the last three years. If you're looking to monetize your next retreat, workshop, or local event without breaking the bank, feel free to ask questions. I'm not as knowledgeable as Ethan or Andy but, I'd love to share the systems I used to bridge that $10k digital-to-physical gap. Q1 is flying.
