$10,000 from Sunday Sessions: How I turned 1.8M Viral Views into a sold-out IRL Program
Yo Ethan, Andy, and the IRL family! I’ve spent the last 12 months proving that 'In-Person' is the highest form of engagement for a community-driven business. I recently took a massive leap into the live event space with my brand, Beyond the Net. While my Skool group was down, I focused purely on the 'IRL' side of the game (mainly because handling both was hard for me l😆) Q1 Receipts: - $10,000 in revenue generated purely from our in-person Sunday Sessions - 1.8 Million views online in February 2026 proving that viral digital content is only useful if it puts bodies in a room - $4k personally generated for in person coaching for myself last year I’m stepping back into the online space to manage the backend personally now. I’ve realized that the 'Manual Grind' of events only works if you have the digital plumbing to support it. Between all the information here to learn on Skool and in person events I've consolidated my 2026 Content OS and the Mastermind Transcripts from all my experience on Skool the last three years. If you're looking to monetize your next retreat, workshop, or local event without breaking the bank, feel free to ask questions. I'm not as knowledgeable as Ethan or Andy but, I'd love to share the systems I used to bridge that $10k digital-to-physical gap. Q1 is flying.

We launched an event with Greg Isenberg (Full Case Study)
A few weeks ago, we launched an in-person event with Greg Isenberg. Here's how it went: ✅ 6-figure launch ✅ Sold out ✅ 9.04/10 attendee satisfaction score ✅ 79 Net Promoter Score (anything above 70 is considered excellent) I just recorded a full breakdown on the strategy we used to bring this event to life! Enjoy :)

105k in rev + 4.9/5 satisfaction score... full case study
What's up ya'll! Happy Friday - I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving :) As you know, we hosted an event in Dallas, Texas a few weeks ago for one of our clients This was the result: ✅ 50 attendees ✅ 4.97/5 satisfaction score ✅ $105k in direct revenue generated And what's crazy is: 1. This wasn't even supposed to be a revenue generating event 2. We were able to collect $105k in rev without doing a single pitch from stage...😧 For this weeks video, I did a full case study on our strategy for this event Enjoy :) Feel free to drop any questions down below
Any info/coaching brand looking to scale to 7+ figures needs a live event.
But don't just take it from me... ...take it from Johnny Robinson, the co-founder of Home Service Academy HSA is a multi 7-figure info/coaching brand that helps people launch & scale remote cleaning businesses They are literally the best in the world at this. At this point they have helped thousands of people get started on their journey of running their own cleaning business This week I jumped on a zoom call to interview Johnny on live events. We've done 2 events with HSA, with the last one generating 105k in direct revenue while maintaining a 4.97/5 attendee satisfaction score On this call, we talked about: -Why HSA decided they wanted to introduce a live event to their community -The quantitative & qualitative results they have seen from these live events -Why they brought us on as a partner to help them with their events -Why any info/coaching brand looking to scale to 7 figures needs a live event -The future of the info/coaching industry, and what role live events will play in this future Enjoy🤝 Drop any comments/questions you have down below

Why is this 7-figure SaaS founder so bullish on IRL events?
Jordan Mix is the Co-founder of Ideabrowser, and back in January we helped him & Greg Isenberg launch their first official in-person event These were the results: ✅6-figure launch ✅ Sold out ✅ 9.04/10 attendee satisfaction score ✅ 79 Net Promoter Score (anything above 70 is considered excellent) The event was awesome, but a few weeks ago, a question popped into my head... Jordan is the co-founder of a SaaS product & community that has tens of thousands of users He wears so many hats in the company, and has a lot on his plate So, out of everything that he could have invested his time & energy in, why did he decide to invest it in an in-person event? Well, I decided to just ask him. And the answer might surprise you...
