This post is an invitation to integrate, not consume.

After practicing or reflecting on the System Reset Protocol, what stood out?
• A shift in awareness• A change in your body state• A realization about patterns or loops• A new understanding of baseline
Subtle counts. Often that’s where the real change begins.
  1. Where Are You Applying It?
System Reset only matters when it meets real life.
Where are you integrating it?
• Work to home transition• Morning overwhelm• Emotional reactivity• Energy crashes• Conflict or disconnection
Notice: Are you adding more effort… or returning to baseline? Are you overriding… or regulating? Are you pushing… or resetting?
There is no right answer. Just awareness.
  1. 5–7 Day Reset Integration (Optional but Powerful)
If it feels aligned, comment below with:
“I commit to practicing a daily reset.”
For the next 5–7 days:Pause once per day. Reset your system. Return to baseline.
Then come back and share one sentence: What shifted? What softened? What became clearer?
This is not about intensity.
Nervous system change happens through safety and repetition.
