Why So Many People Are Sick, Tired, Inflamed, and Stuck And Why the Nervous System Is the Missing Piece
For years, I did everything “right.” I optimized my nutrition.I trained hard.I biohacked.I tried to out-supplement, out-discipline, and out-think my symptoms. And still, I dealt with autoimmune patterns, chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, and cycles where my body felt like it was working against me. What Are Your New Years Resolutions?
1. Always more sunsets 2. More creative projects for joy, I've really been getting into beading and jewelry making with our oldest daughter Bella 3. Less buying bad quality clothing, more cotton and natural fibers, more intentional purchasing 4. With that, more fixing things instead of buying new 5. Lean new food recipes, (drop any good ones that you know below, help a sister out) 6. More rituals. I.e more time to integrate and be intentional about the life I choose to create 7. More akashic readings (I took a training last year and I'm looking to expand this aspect of my work) 8. Leaning into more things that scare me 9. More playing the game of "what is thing that could happen", rather than "what is the worst thing that could happen" 10. More beach time with my family, nothing makes me happier. Tell me what your resolutions are this year <3

Love this 🌊 especially fixing over buying and more beach time.Mine is simple: more movement that feels good, better food at home, and saying yes to things that scare me a little. For recipes, sheet pan salmon with veggies or easy rice bowl

@Fairy Aon Yes, that one 😄 oven, one pan, zero stress.I do salmon + soy sauce, honey, garlic, a little sesame oil. Veggies on the side, same pan. For rice bowls, I’m big on Asian flavors too. Think ginger, garlic, soy, rice vinegar. Add any protein, quick pickled cucumbers, avocado, maybe a soft egg. Easy and always hits.
