I take a few moments to become still before responding to others. This is one I am beginning to improve with becoming more connected to myself. Connection with others can also be in pauses and still moments when you are just present

@Daniel Klingemann thank you for saying this. I believe the heart, if true in intention, will lead the best course. In a recent conversation where I mentioned to follow the heart, someone I barely knew brought up a bible verse Jeremiah 17:9. The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? I found it fascinating they would use the bible to dissuade others to follow a wonderful gift we were given that works through love. I disagreed with him about current interpretation as those who are Christian believe Jesus changed their hearts for good. The book of Jeremiah was prior to Jesus. If you are working through love and good intentions, the heart can do beautiful things, so the understanding is not as important.

Wednesday April-8-2026 I have many things to be grateful for every day. I know that everything in life has a value. I am worthy of greater happiness and success. I am getting closer to my dreams, one mindful choice at a time. I can quickly regulate my emotional state. New opportunities present themselves beautifully in my life. I consciously protect my peace.

it’s kinda crazy how just slowing down your breath and actually being presentshifts your whole mood without forcing anything anyone else notice it works better when you don’t try too hard with it?

Yes! I think we try to get in our heads too much. A simple act of breathing can shift how our body perceives what's around us. Slow makes us calm the nervous system. Sometimes we may even forget to breathe on the inhale or exhale if we aren't connected. I noticed when I'm focusing on listening, I'll hold my breath, maybe for hypervigilance that puts me in an activated state, like when I'm driving in traffic. I have been trying to focus on calming my breathing when I notice it

I am also looking forward to the recording! I set my alarm and immediately turned it off. I think I was in a deep sleep. I've been braintapping before bed. Maybe I'm tuning down the overactive alert system
