October Big NEWS at Earth 2.0: Our Next Chapter Starts Together
Happy October, beautiful Earth 2.0 family. I wanted to take a moment to connect with you, share a little of what’s been happening in our world, and hear what’s happening in yours. There is so much I’m grateful for right now, and so much of it comes back to the people here. Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to show up for yourselves and one another. We have just finished the most beautiful eight-week cohort with people literally from all over the world, pretty much on every continent. I’m still taking it all in. Getting to spend those weeks together, witnessing what everyone was moving through, and having a space where we could bring our whole selves—it means so much to me. For those who were with us, I would love to hear what stayed with you. What shifted? What are you bringing into your life now? We’re getting ready to release the next one, and I’m excited to share it with you. If you feel a calling to join us, just comment “RSVP” below. Everything is personally curated, so we’ll have a call together first to connect, hear where you are, and see whether this is the right next step for you. You can take a look here: https://www.upperaeon.com/pages/cohort2?r=5#top Tonight, we come back together. Our next State of Cohesion experience is tonight, October 7, from 7–8 PM Chicago time. We’ll move through our System Reset practices, breathe, move, and come back to iEssence meditation. We’ll also make space for what’s happening in our lives—the latest discoveries, the wins, and the places where we’re being asked to grow. This is something I love about coming together in Unity Cohesion. We get to learn from one another, reflect together, and bring what we’re experiencing into the way we actually live. Come as you are. I’m looking forward to being with you. Here’s our link for tonight: https://zoom.us/j/98796638618 Later this month, we have a conversation I’ve been waiting to bring to you.

Hey Pavel, I appreciate you sharing those notes. I am bummed that I missed the session last night because the kitchen line was completely buried in tickets. Even though I am still pretty new to this group, I am really glad to be a part of it and excited to watch the community expand. Lately, I have been reflecting on how much control we genuinely possess over our own trajectory. When you actively expand your perspective and audit your internal state, you can finally identify and discard the mental baggage that is holding you back. Finding even a single moment of quiet focus amidst the daily chaos makes a massive difference in how you handle your routine. It comes down to deliberate focus. Every single reaction and thought represents a distinct choice, and those immediate decisions dictate the reality of your day. You can accomplish a substantial amount of prep work on your own strength. However, when a dedicated team operates in perfect harmony, you can achieve things that seemed impossible. Spending three consecutive days working alongside everyone sounds fantastic, so count me in

@Brewtally Awesome l Admin Thanks! 😊 After a wild shift, I like to slow down, enjoy some quiet time, and let the day go before jumping into anything else.
Help with diaphragm breathing?
I’ve always struggled with this (it’s held me back as a singer all my life 😅), and I recently learned that non-diaphragmatic breathing can play a role in my chronic cervicogenic headaches due to breathing improperly resulting in my head moving forward slightly (the cause of the issue) so I’m trying to learn. My current issue is that when I breathe in while sitting in a wall-sit position (hips to head against wall), there seems to be a lot of stretching sensation around my shoulders, especially around my collarbones. While my shoulders aren’t moving, the tension makes me think that they want to, which leads me to believe I may not be doing it correctly since I was always told that if your shoulders raise when you breathe, it’s not from the diaphragm, but it could also just be a result of my tight shoulder and neck muscles (a result of my condition). Please let me know if I can provide any more info, and thanks in advance!

How to take a break
As best I understand it, I've been thawing for the last 9 months and have been doing SE by myself almost daily during that time. But I am tired now. I want to take a break from feeling and just enjoy life without paying attention to my body. Problem is, the feelings are just there and bubble up and suppressing them creates pressure and discomfort inside me. How do I take a break? Is it even possible or do I have work through everything until the end now that I've opened pandora's box?

I completely relate to that feeling of exhaustion. When you spent months actively processing everything, it is incredibly easy to hit a wall where you just want to turn it off and have a normal day without constantly tracking your physical state. From what I have experienced, trying to forcefully push those sensations back down usually just creates that exact internal pressure you are talking about. Instead of trying to fully suppress them, sometimes the best way to take a break is just to shift your focus completely outward. For me, throwing myself into a physical task, getting outside, or focusing entirely on something practical helps give the system a rest. You are not forced to fix or analyze every single wave that bubbles up. You can just acknowledge that the feeling is there in the background, choose not to engage with it, and keep moving forward with your day. You definitely haven't trapped yourself in an endless loop. It is entirely possible to step away from the heavy lifting, give yourself permission to just live, and let the processing take a back seat for a while

Thanks for sharing, Even though the live gathering happened a few weeks ago, the underlying idea of intentionally tuning into a shared intention of peace is exactly the kind of focus that helps cut through the noise of daily routines. It is easy to get caught up in individual demands, but taking a moment to recognize that larger, global human connection brings a lot of perspective. I will definitely head over to the stream channel to check out the replay of the gathering and the drum call. Thanks for putting that energy out into the world and bringing it to this community.
Call Replay - Sarah Grace - THE BODY REMEMBERS — AND IT ALSO KNOWS THE WAY HOME
Earth 2.0 family, Our session with Sarah Grace was one of those calls that is difficult to summarize because so much of the teaching wasn’t simply intellectual. It was something we experienced. “One of the most beautiful teachings from the evening was Sarah’s concept of layers of support from Somatic Pioneer, Dr. Ray Castellino.” We explored a question that sits underneath so much of the work we do here: What if some of the patterns we keep trying to “fix” in adulthood began before we even had words to describe them? Sarah took us into the world of prenatal and early developmental somatics — exploring how our earliest experiences of safety, belonging, support, birth, family and relationship can become patterns held within the nervous system. And one of my biggest takeaways was this: Healing isn’t always about understanding more. Sometimes the body needs a NEW EXPERIENCE. A new experience of being supported. A new experience of being witnessed. A new experience of expressing without being rejected. A new experience of feeling safe while someone else is present. A new experience of being able to soften and actually LAND inside the body. Sarah described this as returning to the “blueprint” — the part of us that remains whole beneath everything we have experienced. And this is where the conversation became incredibly practical. WHY DO WE KEEP REPEATING CERTAIN PATTERNS? Sarah shared how unfinished experiences in the nervous system can sometimes appear later as repeating relational or behavioral patterns. We may intellectually know: “I am safe.” “I deserve love.” “I don’t need to rush.” “I can receive support.” Yet the body may still be operating from an older reference point. This is why insight alone doesn’t always create transformation. The nervous system needs an embodied reference for something different. THE POWER OF “LAYERS OF SUPPORT” One of the most beautiful teachings from the evening was Sarah’s concept of layers of support. The child is held by the mother.

Hey Pavel, I really appreciate you sharing this recap and the recording link. Looking back at this post from the end of July, the whole concept of building up resources before chasing wounds is an excellent perspective. The question Sarah brought up about who holds the person who is normally expected to be strong really made me stop and think. It is incredibly easy to fall into the routine of just putting your head down, containing your reactions, and constantly grinding through everyday challenges without realizing what you are actually holding onto physically. Realizing that insight by itself doesn't shift a physical pattern, and that the system actually needs a fresh experience of safety to let go, is a major takeaway. A repeating habit I am working to meet differently is that exact tendency to suppress frustration or fatigue just to keep things moving smoothly. I am focusing on pausing more often to give myself that baseline support so I can approach daily stress with a bit more ease instead of just relying on pure force. Thanks for making sure we have access to these replays
