Dancing in the rain

Something really beautiful happened to me today ,it felt like a little dream coming true. ❤️

In one of Pavel’s practices, he talks about imagining rain washing away everything that no longer serves us. That image stayed so strongly with me, and I remember visualizing what it would feel like to actually stand in that rain and let it cleanse me.

And today it happened. The rain wasn’t even in the forecast. It came almost out of nowhere and suddenly started pouring. I was completely soaked, but I didn’t move. I just stood there and let it fall over me.

It felt incredibly transformational , almost like the visualization became real. I imagined the rain washing away old pain, old patterns, old emotions, everything I no longer need to carry.

Such a simple moment, but so powerful. I felt cleansed, alive, and deeply grateful. 🌧️✨❤️
