I’m still sitting with it and seeing how I can make it work. There are just a few pieces I need to put together before I can fully decide.
THE ABUNDANCE PORTAL
A community practice for focused attention, coherence, and collective expansion. This week inside Earth 2.0, we are opening something different. Not another post to scroll past. Not another manifestation exercise. Not another “set a goal and hope it happens” moment. This is an abundance portal created by the people inside this community. Because abundance is not only money. Abundance is energy. Abundance is health. Abundance is safety in the body. Abundance is clarity. Abundance is love. Abundance is time. Abundance is opportunity. Abundance is being held by a field where your expansion feels possible. Science continues to show us that humans are not meant to regulate, heal, or grow in isolation. Our nervous systems are social. Supportive connection can reduce perceived threat and lower the effort required to move through life. This is known in neuroscience as social baseline theory. Compassion and loving-kindness practices have also been shown to increase positive emotions, connection, and psychological resources over time. In simple words: When we focus our attention with care, we affect each other. Not by forcing. Not by fixing. Not by rescuing. But by meeting one another in coherence. Some people call this prayer. Some call it focused intention. Some call it resonance. Some speak about quantum entanglement as a metaphor for the unseen ways we are connected. Scientifically, we cannot claim that human intention is proven quantum entanglement. But we can say this clearly: human beings do influence each other through attention, emotion, presence, nervous system regulation, compassion, and physiological synchrony. This is the practice. Write your abundance statement below as if it is already real. Not “I want…” Not “I hope…” Not “One day…” Write it as: I am so grateful now that… It is already done that… I am living in the reality where… My body now feels safe to receive… I am available for… Then, after you post yours, choose at least 3 people in the comments.

I am so grateful now that abundance feels safe in my body, my heart, and my life. I am living in a reality where love, health, clarity, time, support, creativity, and prosperity flow to me with ease. I am available to receive more, to expand with grace, and to be held in a field where we rise together.
MONDAY IS HERE & THIS WEEK’S COLLECTIVE EXPERIMENT: LIVE IN THE CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
One of the greatest realizations I’ve had over the past few weeks has been surprisingly simple. Not from another supplement. Not from another optimization tool. Not from pushing harder. Simply from coming home… and living in greater harmony with the biology we were designed for. For the first time in a long time, I’ve been following my body’s natural circadian rhythm as closely as possible. Waking with the light. Getting outside early. Hydrating before caffeine. (I have actually cut all caffeine all together just paraxantine intermittently) Eating when my metabolism is designed to process food most efficiently. Moving at the times my body naturally wants to move. Reducing artificial light at night. Taking daily naps before 2pm. Sleeping when my brain is asking for restoration instead of stimulation. The difference has been profound. It reminded me of something we often forget: Nature doesn’t rush. Your nervous system doesn’t own a clock. Your biology doesn’t care about your calendar. It follows rhythm. Modern life has trained many of us to override those rhythms. We eat when it’s convenient, stay under artificial light late into the night, wake to alarms instead of sunlight, and wonder why we feel disconnected, inflamed, exhausted, or anxious. Yet decades of research continue to show that when we do something can be just as important as what we do. Our hormones, metabolism, brain function, digestion, immune system, cardiovascular health, recovery, and even emotional resilience all follow predictable biological cycles throughout the day. When we begin working with those rhythms instead of against them, our bodies often require less force and begin expressing more balance. This week, I’d love for us to run a collective Earth 2.0 experiment. Not perfection. Just awareness. Choose one or two practices that help you synchronize with your biology: • Get outside within the first 30–60 minutes after waking. • Drink water before your first cup of coffee. (or try to eliminate caffeine for few days to restore all together and speak to your body in other ways to power it up)

One thing I am truly consistent about is watching the sunset. It makes me feel connected to myself, to nature, to God, and to something bigger than the moment. I love watching sunsets in different countries, but I feel the same magic from my balcony, overlooking the city. When the sky changes colors, I pause. I put everything aside, step outside, and let beauty remind me to slow down, breathe, and feel grateful.

@Gabriel Cheng Some nights, when I have trouble sleeping or can’t fall asleep, I really don’t feel like myself the next day. It usually takes me at least three good nights of sleep to finally catch up and feel normal again. Lately, Pavel’s guided bedtime ritual has been helping me so much. I call it my magic pill , it softens my mind, settles my body, and helps me to have good restorative deep sleep.

Hi friends 🧡 I am very happy I found this place of positive transformation. I am an awakened extraordinary (powerful) star seed that needs your support and love. Some of you might know me and the part of me I started remembering. I am the chisel that was hammered into this reality to ascend earth from 3D space-time into 5D dimension such as all/many of you. I think we should plan, coordinate and align our further proceeding. We fight in unity for love, truth, wisdom and recognition and we will win! 💠☯️
