Only making prep for the next 3 days. The plan for Thanksgiving is to load up on the turkey early to make the macros a little more acceptable. Enjoy the holiday! We will make a push between the holidays to position ourselves better when the New Year’s resolutions roll around! Breakfast: 410c, 42gP Protein shake and an Uncrustable Lunch: 450c, 48gP Turkey sandwich (bun, fat free American cheese, 2 servings turkey breast) and bag of Quest chips Dinner 2: 460c, 54gP 4 servings Philly Cheesesteak Pasta (recipe posted). Swapped Pete’s pasta for Banza in the recipe. Leave the rest of the calories up for flexibility.
