Fertilization schedule & requirements rabbit hole

I just spent several hours reading up on the fertilization requirements of everything in my garden and MY MIND IS SPINNING!

So much info. So many different needs. So many different schedules.

How do you keep everything tracked? Do you keep a schedule and outline what each plant needs?

AM I OVER THINKING IT?!?
