Just got a clear to close on a project we flipped. Excited to share the final numbers with you guys. As of right now here are some basic numbers.
Purchase Price: $540,000
Fees: 32k
Rehab: $130,000
Holding costs: $22,000 (Mortgage and utilities)
All in $724,000
Sales Price: Don't want to jinx it until it funds
Do you guys think we made some money?
