Just read this article about how scientists pooched the recommended daily value for vitamin D.
They recommended 600IU/ day but after many years and a recalibration it’s more like 9,000IU/day!!
Goddamn! That’s 15x more than what was initially recommended. That means taking your 10 drops a day is freakin useless.
The only reasonable way to get that much it to get in the sun. In 30 minutes you can make about 15,000 IU.
Drops and pills can’t compete with that.
As you know I’m always harping on getting as much D as possible 😆 but this has changed the game for me.
What do Canadians do now? All move to Florida?
