Are Sick and Tired of Being in Pain?
Due to popular demand, our next workshop is all about PAIN. You know it, you hate it, but can you not only manage it but dramatically reduce it without pills? There is a supplement you need to use, though. It's called BHW (Bloody Hard Work), if you want to get results. You don't have a pain problem. You have a recovery problem. Transformation: Walk in managing pain with pills, ice, and hope → Walk out knowing exactly which recovery system is failing you and the 3 things to fix first. This is happening in our Tempered Veteran Community - a place where you can get high-level coaching and address your biggest health and fitness issues for less than the cost of a shitty supplement. You coming? Let me know in the comments, and I'll send the link over.

What helps you in Canadian winters
I really take a nose dive with mood and overall outlook each Canadian winter. What can I say, I have Lebanese blood and I feel like I belong in a desert or on a beach permanently. What helps you in Canadian winters? I am going to look at some type of light therapy. What else?

Update on moving off of SSRIs
Very sad to see the end of summer. Thought I would update about my move off of SSRIs. Since the spring I have been, along with my doctor's guidance, moved to lesser and lesser doses. I finally stopped this weekend. Well, my head feels very odd, I definitely have brain zaps (which are kinda cool) and my intestines are complaining. I will see doctor Wednesday morning. My head feels so strange. It was fairly smooth going all spring and summer but this weekend, not so good. I am not giving up. 😁

I'm curious if your doc ever explained the side effects of these drugs?
Who has the favourite rations?
I've eaten rations from 3 different countries: 1. Canada 2. USA 3. UK Hands down, the Canadian rations were the best. You couldn't beat the sausage, eggs and salmon, in my honest opinion. The American rations had hot sauce and made my day cuz they kinda tasted like ass. The UK rations, I'm pretty sure were meant for dog food. I've never had heartburn that bad. So tell me - which country has the best rations?

@David McLean that seems to make a lot more sense. So you just need to add hot water and they're good to go?
Chronic Pain Is Your Repsonsibility
A few years back I had the pleasure of talking to Dr. Kelly Starrett (The Supple Leopard). His New York Times best selling books were my inspiration to fix my own chronic pain issues and subsequently write my own book about it called, The Nimble Warrior. Next week, I'll be hosting a chronic pain workshop in the Tempered Veteran Community. You'll learn about the psychological model of pain, how to reduce your dependency on pills and leave with 3 tangible remedies. Listen to the episode because it's a beauty and pop over to our community to start the learning process. Comment "PAIN" and I'll send you the details.
