Peptide Expert Explains How They Can Revolutionize Veteran Healing
Most veterans and wellness seekers are missing out on a game-changing frontier for healing and longevity—peptides. And the truth about them might surprise you. Dr. Jeff Gross, a former neurosurgeon turned peptide pioneer, reveals how these tiny molecules could revolutionize recovery from injuries, cellular health, and even brain fog. You’ll discover why many of these peptides are naturally occurring but often go underutilized, and how they’re already transforming the way top athletes and modern medicine approach healing. Day 25 Complete ✅ ✅ Steps — 12,793 steps ✅ Breathwork — 3 minute box (x3) ✅ Fasting 10:14 ✅ 2 palm full of protein per meal ✅ Reading — 40 mins ❌ Workout Energy: 5 One thing I noticed: (Have to do 2 things for this day) 1. The wrong fuel will drain energy as quick as not exercising... Exercise without the right fuel means that your energy is not sustainable 2. There are certain pillars a human needs (kind of Maslow, but better) - Mind - Body - Social - Professional Today was a Corporate Golf day within my profession. the social layer and professional layer was filled, movement helped the Body and being outside on a nice day filled the Mind layer.

Have you been able to plan your workouts and meals into your weekly schedule? That helps with making sure you have consistent nutrition.

Day 28 ❎ Steps 3,479 ✅ 3 min box breathing ❎ IF - Protein coffee at 10:30 ❎ 2 palm protein ❎ No workout ❎ 10 min Reading 8/10 - Had a bunch of teenage boys over and taking care of me went out the window. Day 29 ✅ Steps 8,368 ✅ Breathing ❎ IF - Protein coffee @ 10:00 ❎ 2 palm protein ✅ Workout C25K Week 2 Day 2 ✅ 10 min reading 6/10 - I noticed that eating a lot more carbs than usual negatively impacts my workout. I was so sluggish on my run. I definitely ate more “clean” today. Contacted my case manager at VAC about the pain clinic at the Veterans Hospital in Montreal. Waiting to hear back.

Identifying what makes you sluggish is important. Good luck with the pain clinic. Expect at least an 8 month wait. I’m in month 7 with no response yet.
