Running 10km 6 days a week (thanks to my service dog) albeit slowly. Morning fast. Reading “the body keeps the score” (worth the read). Working 10min of mindfulness exercise in. Finally got up to appropriate amount of protein intake over the weekend. Physio exercises for shoulder and back x3 daily. I’m sore and tired. But I feel more drive.
