- The wrong fuel will drain energy as quick as not exercising... Exercise without the right fuel means that your energy is not sustainable

Today was a Corporate Golf day within my profession. the social layer and professional layer was filled, movement helped the Body and being outside on a nice day filled the Mind layer.
