I am grateful for the day spent recovering yesterday. I noticed a huge improvement in energy as I have been working on not over training/balancing my energy. While also getting enough training to help me feel tired/ get a good night sleep
Today’s WOD:
1 hour BJJ - focusing lateral movement, side control, and arm bar drills. then partner drill where one is in closed guard and attempting submission while the other is just avoiding submission. Then 3 sparring rounds
