  • Neck rolls – 5 each direction
  • Arm circles – 10 forward / 10 backward
  • Shoulder rolls – 10 each way
  • Torso rotations – 10 each side
  • Hip circles – 10 each way
  • Ankle rolls – 10 each side
Dynamic Movement — 3–4 minutes
  • Walking knee hugs – 10 each leg
  • Leg swings front to back – 10 each leg
  • Leg swings side to side – 10 each leg
  • Walking lunges with reach – 6 each leg
  • Inch worms – 5 reps
  • High knees – 20 seconds
  • Butt kicks – 20 seconds
per Boxing-Specific Activation — 2–3 minutes
  • Scap push-ups – 10 reps
  • Band pull-aparts – 15 reps
  • Lateral shuffles – 20 seconds
  • Split stance switches – 20 seconds
