Hey guys, when do you guys start to recommend extra recovery modalities to your clients?
I always emphasise on sorting out the 3 key pillars first: load management (autoregulation and me making weekly checks and amendments when needed), sleep and nutrition.
When those things are in check, then other modalities can come in.
Curious to hear what you guys do, because there are times when clients to have 3 key pillars in place and still aren't recovering as well.
