This morning one woman I train Deadlifted for 5 reps with 3 second iso pause weight that when I assessed her 3 weeks ago she couldn’t even lift off the ground
My fighter Kaeser maxed out his Sumo Deadlift today as well. He just learned this movement pattern this 3 weeks ago as well🔥
