Morning WOD Muay Thai
This morning I showed up early to work on my shoulders hips and ankles
We warmed up with jogging, lateral movements, and sprints
Bridging into freestyle partner bag and pads
Completing 100 skip knees, 100 teeps, 100 core reps
Finishing with sparring drills
My coach took a short video of our class. I had gotten better about going offline and staying on my toes with my switch kick however I noticed I need to be more on my toes when I switch.
I’ve also been working on my stab knee not grabbing my partner and kneeing but utilizing balance and upper body power to do a single stab knee and circle out
