Hello!
Hello everyone! I am a strength & conditioning coach out of Columbus, Ohio. I went from private sector to Ohio State University assisting Oly sports (12+) primarily hands on with wrestling, lacrosse, baseball/softball ect., and now private sector. I have been part of the mentorship program for a few years and I’m looking forward to engaging, learning & most importantly growing in this community. 🙏🏾
