Decided to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself with the big guys. I completed a mixed doubles Hyrox in Boston back in September, I now signed up for a solo pro man race in Houston and a double pro man in Miami back to back weekends.
I am excited to share and track my journey, stay consistent, completing my daily checklist and getting comfortable being uncomfortable. I recently joined WHOOP and I will be purchasing a Garmin as well to track all my training and recovery.
