Hello everyone, my name is George and I am sports performance coach and also a soccer coach all year long. The last month or so i fell off the wagon with consistency and motivation so my 30 day goal is to get back in routine and finish 2025 on a good note and start 2026 with even a better one.

@Megan Barb I wrote down the actions I was doing back when I was feeling and doing my best and made a plan to implemented them in my routine nowadays. Time management is the biggest one

Today my goals were to: 1) Train Kaeser in mobility and agility/check in before his fight this weekend! I’m super excited to see how well he does! 2) work on creating a workout / call women for our gyms start up women’s group class 3) Skills Training day - I did pads bag and more technique drills in the morning - In the evening we did super high volume Muay Thai Conditioning
